⑦We send "reservation decision" email from our secretariat.
⑧It becomes reservation completion when we had reply of "reservation decision" than customer.

About cancellation rate
On the day 100% of cancellation will have. As we prepare materials and lecturer, we would like notification of cancellation early as much as possible.
