・Drying in the sun (we dry by the sun to add to taste more. [experience for remaining 30 minutes made with original Souda Bushi stock soy sauce bottle] ※We make stock soy sauce bottle by oneself. You can take to go bay souvenir.
※We sharpen Souda Bushi and, using container, actually sharpen Souda Bushi by hand.
※We can sample stock of own Souda Bushi which we sharpened on the spot.
